How to make spongy idali?

Spongy idali RecipeIngredients:

Ingredients-

  1. Rice 
  2. Urad Dal 
  3. Eno
  4. salt
  5. Water
  6. Oil

Recipe-

  

  • Fristly ,we need to take rice and urad Dal separately and add  one glass of water and leave it for one night.

  • Then  separate the urad dal from it's cover, and mix it well in mixie.

  • Same process will follow for rice

  • After making batter  of this two ingredients mix together,  and add salt according to your taste .

  • Mix it well and  wait for 5 minutes.

  • After 5 minutes add 2 teaspoon of ENO ,mix gently

  • Now your batter is ready , grease oil on your idli maker and put one spoon of batter on bowel shape design

  • Cook it on high speed for 20 minutes

  •  your spongy spongy idli is ready , now garnish it with mint leaves & sarve it with tomato chutney and enjoy
